Disneyland Fashion
I'm gonna be honest, I was so excited leading up to our trip. I researched, I planned, I prepared. However, this trip was not exactly how I planned. The week leading up to our trip I made an executive decision to keep my kids home from school. (the whole week!) The flu was going around and the kids in their class were dropping like flies. The last thing we needed was everyone getting sick on our trip. So I kept everyone home, and we still ended up getting sick! Everyone except Brett and my best friend Hilary, who bravely came with us! We also did not plan for the weather being a little on the chilly side. Our fashion had to be adjusted a little bit. We also don't look our best because one or most of us were sick the whole trip. However, here are some of the cute things I found to bring with us, without breaking the bank!
You know how pictures show whatever you want them to show? Well what's not shown in the picture is: before we walked into the park we stopped at the Starbucks right outside. My husband bought some delicious banana walnut coffee cake. We "forced" our children to try it. Holland (dressed as Belle) hated the banana cake and when we told her to swallow the bite in her mouth she threw up right as we walked into the park; about 5 steps behind where we took this picture. I was SO mad. However, I cleaned her up, put her back in the stroller and said, "Everyone smile for the picture! WE'RE AT DISNEYLAND!" hahaha

Outfit details from left to right:

Here is another view of Henry's sweatshirt.
Obviously this picture was not taken at Disneyland because we didn't take our youngest, Hunter, with us. However, this was the day I bought these outfits and they loved them so much they HAD to try them on! And, of course we had to get one for Hunter even though she wasn't going because they are too cute and she couldn't be left out!
Hunter: Frozen Tutu from H&M no longer available online but I have found it still in the stores.
Outfit details:
Henry: Mickey Mouse t-shirt: Target (there are several cute t-shirts on Target's website that they do not have in store. Just search Mickey t-shirt) // joggers linked above // shoes linked above
Holland, Hazelle, and Harper: Belle t-shirt dress: H&M (I love these dresses too because they come in 2 packs so if you have multiples it's perfect!) // shoes linked above
We got to meet our favorite princess while wearing our super cute princess character dresses from H&M! (linked above) Each girl got to meet the princess on her dress!
My best friend, of nearly my entire life Hilary, came with us! It was so wonderful to have her there. She's like having family around and my kids adore her! I got sick the second day so it was so helpful to have her there and she stayed well! We got our adorable Minnie ears off of etsy! I bought from three different vendors and was happy with all three!
We didn't want to risk being late so we were SUPER early for our flight, like four hours! Thankfully the kids had plenty of structures to climb on in the airport. I will do another post later of the things I brought that made our trip easier. Starting with, those amazing scooter suitcases!
